Digital artwork can be submitted via email as an attachment or a shared link to online storage services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.

We are happy to use your electronic artwork, however before submitting your files to us, please take a few moments to review our supported file types below.

The most reliable file format is PDF. Whenever possible, from within your design/layout program choose "Save As" and change file type to PDF or "Export" the file to PDF. Not all programs may support saving/exporting as PDF, so in those instances it may be possible for us to use your native digital files, but results can vary due to missing/unavailable fonts or linked graphics.

The files types & software we can support is listed below:
File types supported: pdf, jpg/jpeg, gif, tif/tiff, bmp, ai, psd, pub,
doc/docx, xls/xlsx, ppt/pptx

Software supported: Adobe Acrobat/Acrobat Reader, Adobe Illustrator,
Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel,
Microsoft Powerpoint

Keep in mind that not all PDF's are created equal, as they are limited by the source application. Vector art is prefered, as it allows for unlimited enlargement. If Raster based graphics are supplied, pixelation may occur. More information about Vector & Raster available on Wikipedia here and here
